Return Policy

Didn’t Love your UBBN Purchase? We understand that not every UBBN purchase may fit perfectly and is best to try a different size or style. We want you to love your UBBN purchases and because of this, we are happy to offer no-hassle easy returns!

Please read our return policy below:

*All return items must be received by the UBBN team within 14 days from the date received by the customer.

*Return items must be in their unworn, unwashed, unstained, and smoke-free condition with original tags attached.

*Monogrammed, jewelry and SALE items are FINAL SALE. Sale items include flash sales, holiday sales, or any type of discount. These items will not be accepted if returned.

*Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

*If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, you will need to call 205-709-5488 so we can hold your size (if still available). Then send your original item back to the UBBN team. Once received you will be notified and issued a store credit for the returned item that you may use on a different size or item.

*Items returned that is not acceptable with our return policy will be refused and shipped back to you at your expense. If buyer doesn’t want to pay for shipping back to them we will hold for 30 days. Once the 30 day mark has passed, the item will be donated to goodwill.

*Store credit must be completely used within the 12 month period it was issued. Example: Credit issued March 15, 2015 may be used no later than March 14, 2016 or it will voided.
